We have packages where we supply the staff or you can supply the volunteers.

🎪 We bring the full midway experience straight to your event — you focus on the fun, we handle the rest.
What’s Included
🎪 Classic Carnival Games built for crowd interaction and excitement
🎪 Premium Carnival Tents with vibrant backdrops and side walls
🎪 Tables with branded, professional-grade covers
🎪 Prize Buckets stocked and ready for participants
🎪 You choose the Hours of Playtime — plenty of time for everyone to enjoy
Setup & Staffing
🎪 Delivery, setup, and take down are handled entirely by our team so you can focus on your event.
🎪 You provide the attendants to run each game, or we can fully staff the midway for a complete turnkey experience.
🎪 We recommend one attendant per tent (about two games each) for the smoothest operation.
🎪 If We provide the attendants, they are $85 per attendant per hour.
🎪 We can provide up to 6 Tents with 12 games.
Fees
- 1 hr $550 –(4 Games, 2 10x10 Tents, 1 Attendant) Each additional 2 games and a Tent are $250 per hour – (You provide 1 volunteer per tent)or $ 85 per hour for each of additional staff members.
- Additional hours - $250 each hour
Each Corn Hole Set - Rental $50 for up to 4 hours (2 Boards, 8 Bean Bags)
- Additional Add-ons we offer for your Carnival Event 9-Hole ini-Golf, Big BubbleFest, Double Inflatable Ax Throwing, Inflatable Gellyball Target Shooting Booth, Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos and Balloon Twisting, Comedy Magic Shows, Magical Puppets Show, Foam Party
